Clean and Serviceable was founded as a cleaning and handyman service in the Charleston tri-county area in 2019 by Zachary Cambus and Cristiane Gomes. We wanted to offer an ultra-high-quality service that no one else was doing in the region. Completely self-funded, and built from nothing, our goal was to create an amazing service that not only cleaned but changed lives.

Zach worked for years as a handyman that could fix anything, as a maintenance supervisor for multiple apartment complexes, he noticed that he couldn't find a cleaner that met his expectations. Cris had a similar problem. She lived at one of Zach's complexes and with 3 kids it was tiring to keep up with her home. However, no cleaner she could find would match her standards of clean... So, one day the two of us were talking about how if we wanted something done right, we should just do it ourselves!

And so Clean and Serviceable LLC was born. We got licensed, insured, and well equipped, but it wasn't enough to just simply clean. Being a recent immigrant to the USA from Brazil, Cris wanted to do more to help some of the other struggling Brazilians who worked so hard and paid so much to immigrate to this beautiful country legally. So, we vowed to create amazing jobs. To give good work and amazing pay to help the families both in the USA and Brazil. We help the newly arrived workers start their new lives in America. We teach them how to set up bank accounts, get phones, vehicles, homes, and we pay more than double the average rate for cleaners in the area. As a result, we have the most honest, loyal, caring, hard-working team ever assembled. It was the only way to achieve the standard we hold them to. That quality of work is what makes us unbeatable. We guarantee it.
